Hemanth did his MBA from ISB. Before his MBA, he worked for the State Bank of India as Deputy Manager. He was on the Dean's List (top 10% of graduating class), and on the Merit List (top 10% of core terms) at ISB. As a result of his MBA, he has transitioned into product management in Fintech. In addition to guiding PSU candidates for MBA admissions, he has extensive experience helping candidates transition into product management roles.

Ajinkya Padate
Supply Chain Manager, IIMA, ex-BPCL

Ajinkya is a supply chain specialist with an MBA from IIMA and 6 years of experience in supply chain, operations. He worked for BPCL for more than five years before graduating from IIMA. Having switched careers from a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) to the e-commerce industry, Ajinkya understands the challenges and opportunities associated with transitioning to a new field. He is passionate about helping others grow and has a strong interest in mentorship. Ajinkya's approach to mentoring is personalized and tailored to each mentee's unique needs and learning style.

Prachi Trivedi
IIMB, ex- Union Bank of India

Prachi worked at Union Bank of India for 5+ years and as a software developer in TCS for 2 years prior to pursuing her MBA at IIM Bangalore. This diverse and rich experience of banking and IT makes her an ideal mentor. As a consistent bright student, she ranked among the top 5% of her graduation batch, and was in the top ten district ranks for CBSE class 10th and 12th boards. Sahil is an MBA from IIM Lucknow. Prior to IIML, he worked with BPCL for more than six years. He now works in a leadership role at a big digital transformation company. Surbhi Sinha

Surbhi is a Strategy Consultant with 6+ years of diverse experience across strategy, tech transformation, and program management. With a high EQ and a knack for creativity, she empathises with candidates' aspirations to finally unleash their true potential. After graduating with an MBA from IIM Kozhikode, Surbhi has a penchant for blogging, event planning, and CSR activities. A social media enthusiast, an aspiring writer, and an avid reader, Surbhi loves researching socio-political, business, and tech trends. A quirky combo of over-keen observer and determined dreamer, she loves preaching two cents on “Why We Do What We Do."

Abhinav Sudhendra
Product Manager, IIMB, ex-Indian Railway

Abhinav's vision is to make it possible for PSU/government professionals to start a career outside the public sector. He changed his own career path after eight years of service in the Indian Railways. A rare breed of the IIT, IIM, and UPSC trilogy, he also holds a degree in Creative Writing and has extensive knowledge of anthropology. This makes him the perfect person to understand the unique requirements of PSU/Govt professionals both at the professional and human levels. Also, being transitioned into a product role without any IT background, he is best placed to guide candidates into IT product roles.

Shalini Bhardwaj
Management Consultant, IIMI, ex-Capgemini

A management consultant by profession, Shalini is an MBA graduate from IIM Indore. She has worked in the field of Business Consultancy specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions for nearly five years. Using her experience on the other side of the table, she can help design what employers and schools expect from a candidate. A certified Kathak Dancer and Hindustani Classical singer, she had been the State topper of the CBSE board. She believes in bringing out the correct balance of academics and extracurricular in candidates' applications.
